Night Shift Coffee is a micro-roastery based in Calgary, started by Johnston, a full-time nurse, who fell in love with specialty coffee. What began in university with an obsession for unique brewers slowly turned into a passion for roasting. After years of experimenting at home and learning from local cafés and coffee professionals, the dream became a reality in early 2024.
